Client: Any natural or legal person who purchases products or services from REZET 360 and who is not considered a consumer and user for the purposes of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the Law General for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (hereinafter, LGDCU).
Customer-Consumer: Any natural or legal person who acquires products or services from REZET 360 and who acts without profit motive in an area other than a business or professional activity. However, any reference made with respect to the Client will also be understood to have been made with respect to the Client-Consumer, unless expressly stated otherwise or when they are contrary to consumer protection regulations.
Standard product orders: Orders referring to REZET 360 products, which are usually listed in their catalogs, web, intranet or brochures, and do not require additional manufacturing or assembly processes. Orders for non-standard products or special fabrications:
Orders related to REZET 360 products that require some additional or special manufacturing or assembly process, at the specific and written request of the Customer.
Additional costs: Expenses derived from concepts other than the base price of the product, accrued as a result of the Customer's order, such as: kits, units per container, special labels, non-standard packaging, or any other duly accredited concept.
Shipping methods
SHIPPING TERMS: For each order placed on www.rezet360.com, REZET 360 S.L. issues a fiscal document for the material sent. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is authentic. No change to the invoice will be possible after it has been issued. Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are explicitly highlighted at the time of ordering. Payment of the merchandise by the Customer will be made using the method chosen at the time of order. No additional expenses or commissions are owed to REZET 360 S.L. The merchandise travels with packaging made directly by the manufacturer or by the carrier. The delivery times of the ordered goods are purely indicative and are published in the corresponding table under the heading "indicative delivery times"; they may suffer variations due to force majeure or due to traffic and road conditions in general or due to an act of the Authority. Standard delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, will take place at the following times: from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday. No responsibility can be attributed to REZET 360 S.L. in case of delay in the fulfillment of the order or in the delivery of the requested merchandise. At the time of delivery of the merchandise by the courier, the Customer must verify: That the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the invoice; That the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or, in any case, altered; That closure materials other than metal clips have not been used. Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer may not object to the external characteristics of the delivery. Even if the packaging is intact, the merchandise must be reviewed within eight days of receipt. Any damage or hidden anomaly must be notified in writing by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the courier whose address is specified in the attached document. It is also necessary to open a file of anomalies in REZET 360 S.L., completing what is present below the button in the "Order status" area. Any report that exceeds the aforementioned terms will not be taken into account. For each declaration, the Client assumes full responsibility for the declaration. DELIVERY BY EXPRESS MAIL: Standard delivery will be made at the following times: from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday. The courier makes the first delivery without prior notice. In the absence of the Customer, the courier leaves a notice and retries delivery within 24 hours; in case of additional absence, a notice is left again and the courier contacts the customer for the third attempt. If this also fails, REZET 360 S.L. he will contact the Client with whom he will define the delivery details. If even the fourth attempt is unsuccessful, the products will be returned to REZET 360 S.L., with the consequent cancellation of the order and nothing will be owed to the Customer. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES: "Order processing times" means the interval of time that elapses from the receipt of the order to the delivery of the product to the courier. All orders, containing products available in stock, for which payment confirmation has been received before 12 noon on a business day, are entrusted to the courier already at night on the same day. Delivery times vary from 24 to 48 hours, depending on the area, in cases of delivery by express courier since the courier takes over the shipment (collection of the shipment in our Logistics Center by the courier). The other types of delivery ("Delivery by express courier by appointment" or "Delivery to the apartment by appointment") provide for telephone contact with the courier to define the service hours. The courier will contact the customer to define the delivery details. DELIVERY BY APPOINTMENT: In the case of delivery by appointment, the courier contacts the customer by phone to set the date and time of delivery (morning or afternoon). Standard delivery will take place at the following times: from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday. The delivery must necessarily take place within 3 business days from the date of the telephone contact.
Security and confidentiality
GUARANTEE All products marketed by REZET 360 S.L. They are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and by the 24-month warranty for lack of conformity, in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 02/24. To make use of the guarantee, the Customer must keep the invoice (or the DDT) that he will receive together with the goods purchased. The conventional manufacturer's warranty is provided in the manner illustrated in the documentation within the product packaging and on the website www.rezet360.com in the corresponding area. If, after the intervention of an Authorized Service Center, the defect is not covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty, the Customer will be charged for the verification and restoration costs required by the Authorized Service, as well as transportation costs, if applicable. supports REZET 360 SL The 24-month warranty in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 02/24 applies to products that show a lack of conformity, provided they are used correctly, in accordance with their intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation. This guarantee, in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 24/92, is reserved only for the private consumer (natural person who buys goods for purposes unrelated to their professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating a VAT number in the order form ). In case of lack of conformity, REZET 360 S.L. provides, at no cost to Customer, to restore product conformity by repairing / replacing or reducing the price, until the contract is terminated. If, after the intervention of an Authorized Service Center, there should not be a lack of conformity in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 02/24, the Client will be charged the costs of verification and restoration requested by the Authorized Assistance, as well as the transportation costs if incurred by REZET 360 S.L. Replacements in case of DOA (Dead On Arrival: product that does not work in the first start-up), without prejudice to the existence of the conditions for the application of Legislative Decree no. 02/24, will take carried out only if expressly provided for by the manufacturer. The timing of the replacement or repair of the product depends exclusively on the manufacturer. In the event that, for any reason, EA Commerce srl is unable to replace a product under warranty (refurbished or replaced), it may proceed, with the Customer's consent, to replace the product itself (if it is still on the price list ) or with others of the same characteristics and value or, finally, the issuance of a discount coupon of the same amount that can be spent on another product valid for 6 months from the time of issue. Damages cannot be requested from REZET 360 S.L. for any delay in making repairs or replacements of products under warranty. In cases where the application of the guarantees provides for the return of the product, the merchandise must be returned by the Customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc. ..); To limit damage to the original packaging, it is recommended, whenever possible, to place it in a second box; In all cases, placing labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original packaging of the product should be avoided.
Returns and Refunds
